🐶Shiloh Season is the second fictional book of the trilogy about how a boy rescues a dog with the help of his parents, from a horrible neighbour in the country. This series has often been read as a novel study in grades 5-7, and is a book suited for emotionally mature preteens and youth who will be able to discuss the events in each chapter with a supportive adult. It’s also a book that can be read to a class, and provide opportunities to help older children learn how to make the right decisions, and ask for help when they observe an animal or innocent person needing help. 📚The story ends beautifully and there are many important life lessons youth and adults alike will consider as they read this.
