Everything you need if you're just getting into cycling! I used this set up for a couple of seasons on my road bike (before upgrading to road pedals) as they're a bit easier to clip in. Perfect for a beginner. Size 40, I'm like a size 8 to 8.5, my foot is 24.5cm long.
