Shimmery Blue Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @jazzi2003. Bought this for an event and ended up going with something else! There is one small pull on the lower portion of the dress *see last photo*, but you barely notice it (if at all) when the dress is on! Colour is a lot lighter in person.
