Shimmery White Blouse

A step up from your normal white button down- this blouse has a shimmery texture and statement buttons to dress up any outfit I am usually a small and it is a bit oversized- more like a medium Gently used but in great condition The second tag has faded so I am unsure what the fabric actually is
