Shiny Red Plaid and Jean Wrap Skirt by Guess

A Red plaid wrap skirt with a blue jean waist band. Two plastic buttons secure the skirt inside while two silver toned snaps secure it on outside. Two pockets on the back. Skirt is by Guess USA from the American Traditions line circa late 90's into 2000's. Size 31, 98% cotton, 2% spandex. A fun shiny plaid skirt in excellent condition
