Shiny Teal Dress

This shiny dress is a size S women. It has a beaded belt attached to the dress going all around to body. There are 4 layers to this dress. The bottom 3 are solid teal and give the dress skirt a little volume. The top layer of material is thread and the shine comes from a shiny thread. This is a Minuet dress in very good condition.
