Shiny black patent leather loafers with platform comfy thick block heels US 10

Brand new real black patent leather loafer shoes with platform and 4 inch heels in the original Browns shoe shop box. They are made in Italy and sized Euro 40 and US 10. The box has a price tag with MSRP $198. I measured inside the shoe and it is 24 cm or 9 and 1/2 inches long, for your reference. They actually have a very comfortable design with the platforms and they look very elegant.
