yunidiah Heyy i bought a pair of football cleats from you but today a got a email saying that they were being sent back to you because of a address issue i fixed the issue but am i getting my cleats?

noblelevel @yunidiah hi! I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t received your cleats due to the address issue. Good to know you had it corrected. I shipped it out as I usually do according to the address label sent by Poshmark. Unfortunately I have no control over this issue and it is the first time I am seeing this happen with an order. I will reach out to Poshmark to find out what the options are.

noblelevel @yunidiah I assume that I will receive the cleats back and then once I do, I will relist and tag you so you can buy it again. This means you will have to pay shipping again. I will reach out to Poshmark to see if there’s any way Poshmark can accommodate us.

noblelevel @alenaazarenkaa hi! Thanks for asking. I received your order however Poshmark will confirm within the next 4hours if there are any issues with your payment or address. If there are issues, Poshmark will cancel your order. If that’s the case, you will need to correct your payment method or address for the order to go though again. I’ll send you a message later to confirm. If no issues, you’re all set and your order will ship out 12pm EST.

On the app, if you click on “Your Purchases” you should see the order. Your order’s USPS tracking number is 9405511202061454559705. Let me know if you have any other questions! 💕😊
