Shirley Elford (1943- 2011) Canadian Artist, Signed Art Glass Sculpture

This is Canadian Artist Shirley Elford's art glass sculpture. The sculpture is signed with her name and what looks like Skamalt Promotions engrsved. I cannot find any information on this piece. Known for her one of a kind pieces, Shirley Elford is more widely recognized as the designer and producer of the Juno, Canada's music award. Made in Canada. Some minor wear on bottom edge of base but not noticable. (3rdLast photo) There are a couple of minor production / bubble indents at the top; last 2 photos. These do not diminish the beauty of this piece.
