Shirly tunic

Black with tiny white polkadots. Flowy, layered body with a zippered front. Straps are adjustable. The tunic is lined. The tag says size 0 but it fits me (my bust is 32F). There are a few loose threads by the top of the zipper, over the belt loops on the side, and through the pattern (not noticeable when wearing). The threads can easily be trimmed. It doesn't come with a belt.
