Shirr Polestar's raise-collar stays firm and adds status to your entire outfit, with an adjustable unit that enables loose or close-to-neck positioning and also protection from the sun, wild wind, and certain toxic elements. On each sleeve is a shirr-gather to give a fitted look. The shirred bodice enables stretch and recovery suitable for wearers of different sizes or to contain one or more undergarments.
