Shirt Dress with Drawstring by Carla Rockmore

This is a brand new versitile dress which can be worn loose, or cinched with a draw string, or tied behind the back. It is size medium, but would probably work for a taller person (I am 5 foot 4.5). The material cotton poplin and would be perfect for all seasons. Only selling because it it a bit large for my petite frame.
