luminajewelry Hi Donia, I made the mistake of sending an extra package to you that was supposed to go to someone else. They are in a priority mail box and are a pair of Born shoes. I'm not sure what to do except to mail you the label and have you send it from your house. I'm really sorry for this inconvenience on med for a broken foot. Would that be OK with you and do you know if that is how Poshmark handles it when this happen.. I've only been selling for 6 or so weeks. Thank you Kristi

catladi49 @luminajewelry Thats happened to me before! 😂 I think you need to email Posh and explain that you sent it to the wrong person. They will then send me the label for me to send it to the right person. That’s what they did before. And no worries, I don’t mind! 😊

luminajewelry @catladi49 Yes you will get your sweater. For some reason my printer printed out two labels to you so I put them on my packages. I’m usually very careful about double checking. So You will get your sweater and her shoes. Poshmark wrote me back and said they will help. I really am sorry for the extra work. I hope you really really love the sweater.

luminajewelry @catladi49 Poshmark is not doing anything to help after repeated attempts to contact them. I’m thinking that if you write forward on the package with the new address it should go. If they won’t take it you can return to sender (me) then I’ll handle it from here. Thank you again. You’re a truly good person.

I sent the photo of the label to them this morning because they said they needed it to find the transaction in their system. I’m totally confused now. 😂 What I was going to do is just return to sender if j haven’t heard back from PM by Saturday. Is that ok with you?
