abeautifulsky @aprilscoffey I personally unfortunately don’t have the ability to authorize returns, you have to email posh support with the order number and explain you’re new and the item didn’t work out, they will have a resolution for you usually within 24hrs. I’m sorry I can’t be more helpful, I’ll contact them on my end as-well and see if there is anything I can do.
