Short Black Harem Pants with Splatter Pattern

These Harem pants are split between black and a paint splatter pattern. A button on either leg allows the side of the pants to be scrunched up. In the images I buttoned one side and left the other side down to show both styles. Both sides have the button. No elastic around bottom of legs. Waist has elastic and drawstring. Fabric is a thick cotton. Measurements Waist 12"
