Short Blue Jewelled Prom Dress

This is the perfect prom or formal dress. The top of the dress strapless and filled with sewed-on jewels and the bottoms is poofy and cut above the knee. It is in good condition. A couple jewels on the top have loose switching but it is hardly noticeable and is an easy fix. I got the dress from Victoria’s Sweet for $200. I am selling it for a discounted price of $60 but the price is negotiable.
