Short, Corset Homecoming Ball Gown Dress Blue

This dress fits the dreams of a strapless, ball gown dress that many girls hope for. The dress is perfect for homecoming. It's aqua blue with gems to add some glam, and a pretty flower decal. I wore it once to homecoming, so it's in perfect condition. The corset top is padded. I'm 5'5", 32C/34B. The cups were a little big on me, but it wasn't noticeable.
