Short inseam style with flipped cuffs sewn on sides. Bought these around 2015, I was a size 2 around then but I am happy to measure for you so you're sure. I just couldn't hold the phone and a measuring stick on the chair at the same time, and my dog wants to photobomb any pics I try to take on the bed or the floor!
