Short Mizumi Dress (Or Tunic) Long Sleeves From Urban Planet

Short dress by Mizumi with long sleeves, pockets and a splendid plumage motif. Can also be worn as a tunic. Bought at Urban Planet in 2009 or 2010, worn plenty of times but still in great condition, no tears, no signs of wear. It has an underskirt with a bit of detail at the bottom, but you only see so much of it. Made in polyester. Size S/M but fits larger, up onto a XL. Smoke-free home but pet friendly. Measurements : pit to pit - 21" length - 25.4" length with underskirt - 26.4"
