Short Sleeve Striped Blouse Shirt Navy Blue White Stripes Cuffed Rolled Up

This is a Navy Blue Striped Blouse with a rolled up cuff. It doesn't have the removable strap attached, but it takes nothing away from this beautifully cut blouse. It is a button up / down shirt The inside tag does not list a size, but would most likely fit a medium. This top can also be worn open / unbuttoned. Unfortunately, there is no material tag, but a texture shot is as shown in the last photograph. This garment is slightly transparent. There are also some loose threads that you may decide to cut, but there are no holes/pulls in the blouse and doesn't take away from its functionality as is.
