Short black polka dot dress - can be maternity or not :)

Black Polka Dot dress with sheer bell sleeves, and ruffle trim. I purchased as a maternity dress and it is so flattering and hides the belly from most angles because it is black and baby doll style. Unfortunately I never had the chance to wear it. Tags are still on, and dress is in excellent condition! Length is mid thigh, and I am 5’10.
