Short dress, white, never worn, with tag

Bought this dress a couple of years ago online. The dress is too short, I am 5,5. This dress is suited for someone around 5 - 5.2ft. This is size small. Still have the tag on, never worn it. It’s in great condition. Perfect for a classy girls night out.
