Short flowy festival dress

This dress is so flattering. Has a handkerchief hem an lots of pleats at the top for added material. Short above the knee style, could be worn over shorts or leggings. I have a pair of size 6.5 shoes that match it perfectly in another ad. Says one size, but fits up to XL
