Short sleeve bodysuit - never worn

Oak & Fort bodysuit, XXS but it stretches to 25” waist max. Bought it at an outlet sale, but it’s too small for me. I’m a 27” waist and I couldn’t fit so it’s never been worn. LAST PHOTO: there is elastic that was sewn in there when I bought it, I’m assuming that’s a quality issue & that’s why it was at their outlet sale. It can easily be cut off but I never bothered because it didn’t fit.
