Short sleeve dress with 4d embellishments

Super cute swing dress from Loft in navy. Worn to an event and absolutely loved the dress. It is super comfortable and has very cute embellishments on the sleeves which elevates the dress. Also comes with a thin belt in the same material as the dress (not featured here). Size XXS petite (hits me just above my knee) but fits larger imo due to the swing style of the dress. In great condition!
