Red Polka Dot mini dress with short sleeves, cinched thigh, and ruffle bottom. Super cute! Very flattering, cinching enhances waist line. Like new, only worn once. Size 4 tall - true to size. Is great for those with longer torso than regular fit. I am 5’10 and it hits me mid thigh. There is some stretch to the fabric. Zipper closure at back.
