Made in the USA. Materials and Measurements Regular measures 58'' from shoulder to hem (recommended for heights 5'4 ''-5'6''), This dress was so fun. It fit really well (no pinning or messing with it necessary) and had a small bit of stretch to it. I was comfortable in it all night.
