Siam Gold and White Enamel Brooch JP245

This is a nice large white enamel Siam brooch I found while in Portland. Finished with a gold-tone, the brooch is in excellent condition. I have not tested to see if it is gold plated but most were as the enamelling is done with the same technique as cloisonné. There are no chips or scratches to the intricate design of the cut work enamelling. Measures 2” by 1-3/4” with a good working c-clasp. Estimate circa 1944-49.
