Sid Neigum off-the-shoulder maxi dress

Sid Neigum off-the-shoulder twist front dress with side cutouts. Sexy yet elegant at the same time. Material is stretchy. I’m 5’3 and it hits around my ankles. Made in Canada by a Canadian designer. There are two small spots at the back (see photo). Would probably be removed by a dry cleaner.
