Signature Sabrina by dress barn size 8 blue/green print dress new with tags

This cute little dress is a pretty blue and green flowered print. Sleeveless with a layered look skirt. There is a band around the waist and a zipper in the back. The measurements are 13 inches from shoulder seam to the waistband which is 2 inches wide. The skirt is 20.5 inches long and looks to have 4 layers.
