Signed 1928 necklace and bracelet

This unusual set has a signed necklace while the bracelet doesn't have a signature tag. They're likely a reproduction of a 1920s piece, or donne in that style. The "flowers" are Aurora borealis and turquoise stones. I don't know what type of stone the turquoise ones are. I tried very hard to capture the colours accurately, but I don't think I have it quite right. Our home is smoke-free.
