Signed Panetta Sapphire Rhinestone/Chrystal enhancer

From my collection..vintage Panetta blue sapphire necklace enhancer.. the 2 clips on the back are tight and secure.. measures 1.25” x 1.25” ..there looks like 5 stones on the left hand side that are a little darker, however this does not detract from the overall look…necklace not included…
