Signed Upcycled Brooch Necklace

I can't quite make out the brand name. This piece was unfortunately broken, but has been saved by being upcycled to a necklace. No missing stones. No other issues, besides the pin has been removed. On a faux suede Black cord. It measures 19". (Tie where needed).
