Silk Patterned Vintage Button up collared Blouse with Puff shoulders

Amazing rare pattern which I would describe as smokey zebra. Tags are missing but I believe it’s silk. Back has some light runs that are barely noticeable when worn. See photos. Nice light fabric for spring or summer. No size tag, I would suggest small or medium. Measurements laid flat: Chest 19” Length 22” Arm inseam 17” Shoulders 14.5”
