This is so fabulous! A deep brown, soft velvet, rayon/silk blend with a fabulous muted floral print! An uneven hemline, cut as an accentuating handkerchief flare. And the waistband! So beautifully sequinned and it actually totally contrasts against the floral, giving the skirt that perfect surprise element! This piece has never been worn, but has been in storage so the velvet does has slight wrinkles and crumples, which I love, as velvet IMO should have that romantic, vintage appeal!
