Silk dress/top New

New with tags! Silk with a little Lycra. Theyskens Theory little flair on the bottom with several layers of silk underneath showing from the hem. Long invisible zipper. Tiny straps holding it all up. Fabric has some catches on it as shown in one picture. I think it may not show after a dry cleaning. Can wear as a long top or short dress. 28” long. Very light and cool .
