Would you say this fits loose and the sleeves are not tight? I am usually a small but DVF sizing is all over the place…

Hello
It’s a ‘boxy’ straight fit, not hugging in torso or sleeves. I just measured the sleeve - it is 10 inches long from the the shoulder (at the seam) to the edge and 12.5 in circumference. See other measurements in pictures.
I am 34 in chest, and it fits me very well (if that helps).
