Silk wrap around sleeveless blouse

100% pure silk & rather sheer.. Has a red & black speckled pattern. Tie feeds through a side hole to wrap the blouse around the waist. Tag reads M but it is far too tight on me (measures 13" across the shoulders & 23" from back of neck to bottom hem). My guess would be XS to be a much more accurate size.
