They carried brands like Two Star Dog, UC Collection and Of The Earth. Eventually they partnered with an Environmentally Friendly factory in Bulgaria and began to design and produce their own line of clothing. This is one of these pieces. This amazing blouse is made of Cupro, a fabric made from the byproducts of the cotton industry. I have honestly always thought it was a heavy weight silk! This was mine from the days before children when I had a disposable income. This top features flutter sleeves and neckline as well as clear glass like buttons.
