No word of a lie, I keep one in every purse I use. They come in SO handy! Perfect for a summer night out, dancing, outdoor wedding, picnic, pretty much anywhere you might feel a bit hot. Note: these are a starched fabric, not made of paper. As I have multiples of certain colours, the fan you receive may or may not be the fan in the photo.
