Silky long wrap around skirt

Multiple patterned wrap around skirt. Two layers of fabric. Long belt ties at both ends of the waistband with three belt holes in the centre of the band. I have no idea how to tie it up. Good used condition but there is a hole on the inside fabric shown in a picture. Measurements are approximate. Waistband is 45” plus the ties. Length is 37”. Made in India. Polyester.
