friendlylion @karenkloset2021 Hello! Sorry for the delayed response through Christmas. Waist laying flat is 12.5 inches and yes, it is stretchy as the band is made of elastic. The silk doesn’t stretch though. The pictures don’t do this beautiful skirt justice. 🙌

friendlylion @cayejingco Hello! Yes, and I’ve only worn it once! Stretched it goes to 16.5 but keep in mind the silk doesn’t have give but it is a long flowy, beautiful skirt!
