Silky water color, cover-up

Gorgeous beach cover up in size one X , Peter Pan is about 25 inches but it has a tight two send it at about the empire waist. There is also split up the sides, not really sleeves, but fits like a cap sleeve. This pretty piece is in various watercolor, shades of blue and green with a bit of black through it. Fabulous piece, and good pre-condition.
