Silver Hoop Waist Belt

I am selling this stylish silver belt I purchased from ASOS a while ago. This does have some surface scratches on the metal (see photos) but it still looks good when wearing it. I am selling because it doesn't really go with my current wardrobe. My waist is ~24.5" and this fits me pretty well. However, it's on one of the last loops on the chain (nearly the loosest it will go), so I think anyone with a waist of 25" and below would be able to fit this.
