This is a silverplated tea pot made in the USA by the Wilcox Silverplate Co. between 1867 and 1898. It is ribbed with swirls that end in the shape of a shepherd's crook and has ivorine inserts in the handle. There is a ding on the body (see the last picture) and there is still some tarnish.
The tea pot is 5 1/4" wide without the spout and is 7" tall to the top of the handle.
