Silver Ring with Blue Stone size 7.75 -8

This ring is not stamped with 925 but I bought it from a silver place. It does oxidize and shine back up like all my other silver. The reason for the sizing is if I put the ring on the sizer it measures 7.75 and if I turn it a bit, it shows size 8. Items ship in recycled packaging when able.
