Silver and Quartz Necklace

I believe I bought this years ago from a small business at a vintage store, it’s very beautiful I just never wear it because I prefer gold. Chain length is around 17.5” long. I’m not sure of the material but I’ve had it for years and still looks amazing with no wear or oxidation so it may be 725 sterling silver.
