Silver cuff with maple leaves

This beautiful, heavy cuff is giving an Art Nouveau vibe and appears to be very old. It looks to be made of silver but i don't know how pure, as it is of unknown provenance. I bought it many years ago because it's beautiful and I've never seen one like it. There are no markings. It tarnishes and polishes like silver. It's about as flexible as you'd expect for a cuff. I've put it on over a black glove so you can see the contrast a bit better and I have fairly thick wrists for a woman (6.75") Stunning piece.
