This is a gorgeous silver/black pleated midi skirt that glitters from Berlin-based brand Rich & Royal. The skirt is lined with a stretchy elastic waist. Lay flat measurements: Waist: 15" (due to stretch I'd say it fits a 33-36" waist, but could maybe accommodate larger) Length: 29"
