Silver- tone Vintage Necklace

I believe this to be a vintage Cleo Silver Necklace with a NWT hallmark- It is a bit baffling to me regardless l, this choker style necklace is beautiful. Very good vintage condition. 16 inches with three inches of adjustment chain. No tarnish and shiny alloy metal. Please see all photos to grasp the workmanship of this piece. My apologies but I do not have the matching bracelet. I believe the closure has been replaced.
